Founded in 2016 with the first crops arriving the following year, CRG Grow is Cunningham Restaurant Group's greenhouse. The hydroponic greenhouse provides the opportunity to control produce options and quality. Safe growing practices, organic pest treatments, no harsh chemicals, and purified water ensure the produce provided is sustainable and fresh for Cunningham Restaurant Group locations.
The produce grown at CRG Grow includes basil, mint, thyme, various microgreens, tomatoes, and peppers. The greenhouse also supports the living wall in Vida, which is used during restaurant service to provide herbs and greens in the freshest way possible.
